The global economy is poised to stage its most robust post-recession recovery in 80 years since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In November 2022, over 600 participants (in-person) and over 1000 participants (virtual) from over 60 countries will converge in Mumbai, India to deliberate on ways to stabilise the global economy at the Global Economic Ideas Festival (GEIF).

The Global Economic Ideas Festival (GEIF) is the annual global conference hosted by the Institute of Certified Chartered Economists (ICCE) together with its strategic partners.

The GEIF is set to bring together world leaders from sitting Presidents, executives of multilateral institutions, top economists, leading researchers, ministers of states, private sector business leaders, central bankers’ representatives from civil society organizations, academics and change leaders to drive conversations on how to shape the world economy.

This year’s GEIF focuses on key themes such as healthcare, climate change, technology, globalization, China and India with strategic focus on Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Latin America and Africa.
